Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if any issues arise.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique production of each item, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or color preferences. We recommend referring to our size chart before placing an order.

How to Start a Return

Replacement Process

Upon approval, we will send a replacement item. As each piece is individually crafted, please allow time for production and shipping.

Approved claims will be processed within 5-7 business days. We’ll keep you informed on the estimated production and delivery times for your replacement.

International Orders

For international orders, additional fees may apply. The return policies remain the same, with customers responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
